  • Accurate vehicle and contact information must be provided when booking.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice; service totals are confirmed prior to beginning any work.

3. Service Quality & Vehicle Condition

We take great care in performing all detailing services. However, results may vary depending on your vehicle’s condition, material type, and prior damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, weakened materials, or aftermarket accessories that fail during cleaning or restoration.

Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced personal items.

4. Liability & Damage Policy

  • Our team is fully trained and insured.

  • In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our staff, we will assess and address it promptly and fairly.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service performed and will not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. SMS Messaging and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates via SMS. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates apply.
